Had great stay and received wake up service for free, a nice bonus. The bathroom was big size, nice bedroom. Location was excellent and and incredible, close enough to the Zermatt village and train station and the town center and all amenities.

We loved our stay here, REALLY UNFORGETTABLE experience. Helpful staff did everything they could. Overall the service was superb. Reasonably spacious rooms. It had an own bathroom. There was free WiFi.

We truly enjoyed the views and layout - everything was wonderful. Could use a shower, hairdryers and towels in the adapted bathroom. Best of all, it was 5 minutes to the city center.
